Pack Your Items

Carefully place the unworn footwear or accessories in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Refund

Take your package to the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
